में ब्रह्मचर्य कैसे शुरू करूँ ?
Starting Brahmacharya involves adopting a disciplined lifestyle focused on self-control, purity, and spiritual growth.
1. Set Clear Goals:
- First, figure out why you want to practice Brahmacharya — whether it’s for your spiritual growth, mental peace, or self-discipline?
Having a clear goal in your life will help keep you focused and motivated on your Brahmacharya journey.
2. Practice Self-Control and Purity:
- Work on controlling your “desires” & “senses”, especially “sexual urges“.
Redirect this energy into positive activities like chanting the holy name and reading the scriptures, also serving others, “rather than just trying to suppress it”.
3. Maintain a Balanced Diet and Meditate Regularly:
- Eat a pure and balanced vegetarian diet that nourishes both your “body” & your “mind”.
Incorporate daily – “japa of holy name” and exploring the scriptures – “Srimad Bhagavatam” to calm your mind and stay connected to your spiritual goals.
4. Adopt Healthy Habits and Surround Yourself with Positive People Only:
- Engage in regular physical activities like yoga or walking or simple exercises to keep your energy balanced!
Surround yourself with positive people who are more inclined toward the spiritual path.
5. Be Patient and Seek Guidance:
- Understand that practicing Brahmacharya is a gradual process, so be patient with yourself.
Try reading a Brahmacharya book everyday to keep yourself motivated on this path of Brahmacharya.
