Damaged on Arrival: If your frame arrives damaged (e.g., cracked glass, broken wood, chipped corners), you must notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Exchange / Return is available only if the item arrives damaged and is verified via an unboxing video.

Defective Product

If the frame has a manufacturing defect or flaw, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered (wrong model, size, or color), we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you the correct item.

Non-Returnable Items

Orders where the frame size was incorrectly selected by the customer.
