Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Devotional Tales Portraits, we take great pride in crafting and delivering beautiful photo frames to our customers. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have outlined our return and exchange policy below, specifically tailored for our photo frame products.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Damaged on Arrival: If your frame arrives damaged (e.g., cracked glass, broken wood, chipped corners), you must notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
- Exchange / Return is available only if the item arrives damaged and is verified via an unboxing video.
Defective Product
If the frame has a manufacturing defect or flaw, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered (wrong model, size, or color), we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you the correct item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Orders where the frame size was incorrectly selected by the customer.
- Products returned without the required unboxing video in case of damage.
- Items used or installed after delivery.
- Any item returned without our prior authorization.
NOTE: Please double-check the frame size before placing your order, as we do not accept returns based on size mismatch.
Return Request Process – Important
Unboxing Video Requirement: To be eligible for a return or replacement due to damage or incorrect product:
- You must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video as soon as the package is received.
- The video must show the package being opened from the beginning, without any edits or cuts.
- It should be filmed slowly and clearly so that any issues can be verified.
- Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process your replacement or damage claim.

For cancellations of any product, reach out within 2 hours of order placement. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and attach videos/photos showing the damage or defect.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including a return authorization if applicable. Items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted. All returned items must be in original packaging and unused condition.
Refunds & Processing
Approved refunds will be issued within around 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items from our end, we will cover the return shipping cost. For voluntary returns (if accepted), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Packaging Requirements
- Returned items must be packed in their original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) to prevent damage during return transit.
- Accompanied by all original parts, hardware, and documentation.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned item is damaged due to improper packaging.
