All orders for the photo frames are typically processed within around 1–2 business days after you place your order. Processing includes order verification, product preparation, packaging, and handing over to our courier partners for dispatch. Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays might be processed on the next working business day.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within around 5–8 business days. This timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on your delivery location, courier partner routes, and operational factors.

3. Missed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to complete the delivery after making the necessary attempts: The package will be marked as undeliverable and returned to the warehouse. Once the package is returned, you may request a reshipping of the product. ➔ Kindly note that reshipping charges will be borne by the customer. We encourage you to ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the package and avoid missed deliveries.

4. Specific Date or Time Requests

We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date or at a specific time, including requests for birthdays, anniversaries, or special events. Deliveries are carried out strictly according to the operational schedules of the courier partners, and while we do our best to meet general expectations, exact date/time requests cannot be guaranteed.
